The Doddridge County Fair - August 17 through August 21, 2010 Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Doddridge County Fair. The Doddridge County Fair has many opportunities available to all vendors. Please consider the following general information: Application Guidelines APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL FOOD BOOTH v NEW: A late fee of $50 per space will be assessed if payment in full is not received before July 1, 2010. v Payment is full must accompany this application in order to be considered for a commercial food booth space. v Applications must be postmarked by June 30. v First-time applications must submit a photo of your booth. v You must submit a copy of a valid insurance policy or certificate of insurance along with this application. v Include the number of fair passes that you will need, and payment for such, for all workers in your booth. You will receive your passes at set-up time. v No booths are permitted to have trucks or trailers parked at your booth space. (You may purchase stock truck parking) v SIGN your lease-contract and return it along with this application.
APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL NON-FOOD BOOTH v Payment is full must accompany this application in order to be considered for a commercial booth space. v Spaces will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis v Include the number of fair passes that you will need, and payment for such, for all workers in your booth. You will receive your passes at set-up time. v Stock trailers may be included as part of your booth space, but must fit completely inside of the assigned booth space which you have paid for.
